Wednesday:
August 1 was Scouting's 100th birthday.
To celebrate the Centenary we got up at 4.30am and went to the top of
the hill next to the camp site to watch the sun rise and break the flag. |
Then we went to the West Bridgford District Centenary Event.
Afterwards Mr Davies found a street named after him .. or so
he says!
.Back at camp the leaders built an assault course.
Wednesday finished with a centenary banquet which everyone
helped prepare:

Tortilla chips with cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, chillies
* Cheese and Ham crepes
* Roast chicken, sauté potatoes, carrots, cranberry, gravy
* Fresh fruit trifle
