Older Scouts' Mountain Biking Camp 2001

When foot and mouth stopped our Older Scouts visiting our normal venue in North Yorkshire did we give up?   Hell no!   We found a new venue, based in Aberdovey, Wales.

The three day camp included two excellent rides - day one on the professionally graded Mountain Biking course in Bets-Y-Coed forest - day two from the town of Machynlleth in the pouring rain taking a high speed ride back to the coast at Aberdovey.
