Adam Heatzman, Richard Jelfs, Tom Osborne and Tom Horvath reached the Scout leaving age at the end of 1994, so 1995 started with new PLs taking over.  Mark Watmore took over in Merlins, Scott Tallett in Otters., Paul Simcox in Swifts, David Elliot in Tigers and Chris Meadows in Kestrels.

 Doug Stother was promoted to Senior Patrol Leader.   As Doug had been a young PL he therefore began working with his third group of PLs.   Doug reached the Scout leaving age and left in March.

Chris Meadows left the Troop a couple of months into the year and his place as Kestrel PL was taken by Chris Willsher.

Paul Simcox left after Summer Camp with Daniel Cooper taking over as Swift PL.   Shortly afterwards David Elliott and Mark Watmore were replaced by Sean Smith (Merlins) and Liam Merrick (Tigers).
