In 1991 after
several months as Otter PL Jeremy Fennell was promoted to the
position of Senior Patrol Leader, and Adam Dickson took over as
Otters PL. Jeremy and Tim Blackburn moved to the
Venture Unit before Camp and John Newby took over as Swift PL,
joining Matthew Whitehead (Merlins), Steven Whitehead (Kestrels)
and Robbie Easterbrook (Tigers). As John couldn't go
to Summer Camp Richard Baker was PL for the week.
1991 was the
