MAIN COURSE
Pan-fried breast of chicken stuffed with brie and chorizo sausage
mousse, wrapped in Parma ham
and served on mature cheddar mash with tomato and coriander cream
Oven roasted pork with ginger & apricot stuffing, on caramelised onion &
sage potato,
drizzled with a red fruit cider sauce.
Pumpkin, cranberry & red onion tagine, with a couscous round and garlic
bruschetta
