A field near Gotham in Nottinghamshire enjoys the sunshine. Meanwhile two minibuses set off from Adderbury in that direction...

And we're there.

Everyone lends a hand emptying the kit out of the lorry ... although the leaders don't seem very busy!

Once the lorry had been emptied the PLs chose their areas for the week and then it was time to put up the tents.

Tomato soup; Pork chop, new potatoes, carrots, apple sauce; Chocolate muffin and chocolate sauce

The first fires of the week were lit ready for dinner...

The pots and pans are all clean and ready and the rations are collected.

And the first day finished with evening games.
