By the start of
1992 Matthew and Steven Whitehead had joined the Venture unit,
with Adam Dickson moving on shortly afterwards.
Paul Churchill took over in the Kestrels, Jon Miller in
the Merlins and Jeremy Willsher in the Otters. John Newby became Senior Patrol Leader
and Richard Baker took over as Swifts PL.
1992 saw the
Troop's most ambitious trip ever as a small group of Scouts spent
