Your challenge is to plan, cook and serve a 3-course meal, which must include:
* at least 2 cooked dishes
* a cake or pastry dish
*  2 sauces made from scratch, such as mushroom, barbeque, caramel, crème anglaise, etc

 You must demonstrate good hygiene, cooking and serving skills.

 You will be awarded points by an expert judging panel.

Eagle's spiced prawn cocktail, Kestrel's chicken strips in barbecue sauce and Eagle's chocolate cake ... made from scratch!

Iwan gets the hygiene sorted, Danny starts his chocolate cake which Josh later fills and everyone else chops and stirs.
