As part of their training the APLs
spent two weeks in January 2011 practising their navigation skills.
After a week of training the spent the second week completing a cross
country walk in the Compton area of the Cotswolds.
It was a very cold, and muddy
Saturday. They made it to the finish five minutes ahead of
time, but were absolutely caked in mud!
